Your feedback matters. If you’ve experienced an issue, accident, or safety concern with one of our products, we want to hear from you immediately. Please contact us to report: an accident or injury involving one of our products, a safety concern or suspected risk associated with a product, or any other complaint or issue relating to a product you've purchased. We take all complaints seriously and will acknowledge your message promptly. Where applicable, we may follow up with further questions to help us investigate and take appropriate action.

Once we receive your report, we will log the complaint in our product safety system, investigate the issue, and take corrective action where necessary — including reporting it to the relevant authorities if required by law.
